Cell phone policy

The reason I think the cell phone policy is ridiculous because with all the rules that come with it is just plan crazy. Especially if the teachers dont try and see how it will be, if they just let us use our cell phones in class to just determine how it would effect our learning ability. Instead of just assuming that cell phones are the reason why some students are failing. I believe that if teachers gave students a little freedom and let students use the cell phones and text in class that will solve the problem of students going to iss and getting oss and missing work and basically failing the classes they really need to pass. Well basically what I think I am trying to say is we honestly don't really need that cell phone policy.
